Peace looking for You!  I Dare You Pay Attention!
Luke 2:1-14, Matthew 4:16, Psalm 138:1-8, Luke 2:32

Purpose: "Glory to God in the highest,
And on earth peace among men
with whom He is pleased."

Because It is Written In Our Bible
Luke 2:1-14 {Updated-NASB}

[1]Now in those days a decree went out from
Caesar Augustus, that a census be taken of all
the inhabited earth.

[2]This was the first census taken while Quirinius
was governor of Syria.

[3]And everyone was on his way to register for
the census, each to his own city.

[4]Joseph also went up from Galilee, from the city
of Nazareth, to Judea, to the city of David
which is called Bethlehem, because he was
of the house and family of David,

[5]in order to register along with Mary,
who was engaged to him,
and was with child.

[6]While they were there, the days were
completed for her to give birth.

[7]And she gave birth to her firstborn son;
and she wrapped Him in cloths, and laid
Him in a manger, because there was
no room for them in the inn.

[8]In the same region there were some shepherds
staying out in the fields and keeping watch
over their flock by night.

[9]And an angel of the Lord suddenly stood
before them, and the glory of the Lord
shone around them; and they were
terribly frightened.

[10]But the angel said to them,
"Do not be afraid; for behold, I bring you
good news of great joy which will
be for all the people;

[11]for today in the city of David
there has been born for you a Savior,
who is Christ the Lord.

[12]"This will be a sign for you:
you will find a baby wrapped in cloths
and lying in a manger."

[13]And suddenly there appeared with
the angel a multitude of the heavenly host
praising God and saying,

[14]"Glory to God in the highest,
And on earth peace among men with
whom He is pleased."

And said to you, You are My servant,
I have chosen you and not rejected you.

[10]'Do not fear, for I am with you;
Do not anxiously look about you,
for I am your God.
I will strengthen you, surely I will help you,
Surely I will uphold you with
My righteous right hand.'

[11]Behold, all those who are angered at you
will be shamed and dishonored;
Those who contend with you will
be as nothing and will perish.

[12]You will seek those who quarrel with you,
but will not find them,
Those who war with you will be as
nothing and non-existent.

who upholds your right hand,
Who says to you, Do not fear,
I will help you.'

sledge with double edges;

see God.

[11]"Blessed are you when people insult you and
persecute you, and falsely say all kinds
of evil against you because of Me.

[12]"Rejoice and be glad, for your reward in
heaven is great; for in the same way
they persecuted the prophets
who were before you.

the glory to Him, for the marriage of the Lamb

fine linen, bright and clean; for the fine linen
is the righteous acts of the saints.

[9]Then he said to me,
"Write, Blessed are those who are invited
to the marriage super of the Lamb.'
"And he said to me, "These are
true words of God."

[10]Then I fell at his feet to worship him.
But he said to me,
"Do not do that, I am a fellow servant
of yours and your brethren who
hold the testimony of Jesus;
worship God.
For the testimony of Jesus is
the spirit of prophecy."

Everyone who has heard and learned from
