Psalm 73:23-28 {Updated-NASB}

[23]Nevertheless I am continually with You;
You have taken hold of my right hand.

[24]With Your counsel You will guide me,
And afterward receive me to glory.

[25]Whom have I in heaven but You?
And besides You, I desire nothing on earth.

[26]My flesh and my heart may fail,
But God is the strength of my heart and
my portion forever.

[27]For, behold, those who are far from You will perish;

Luke 2:1-14 {Updated-NASB}

[1]Now in those days a decree went out from
Caesar Augustus, that a census be taken of all
the inhabited earth.

[2]This was the first census taken while Quirinius
was governor of Syria.

[3]And everyone was on his way to register for
the census, each to his own city.

[4]Joseph also went up from Galilee, from the city
of Nazareth, to Judea, to the city of David
which is called Bethlehem, because he was
of the house and family of David,

[5]in order to register along with Mary,
who was engaged to him,
and was with child.

[6]While they were there, the days were
completed for her to give birth.

[7]And she gave birth to her firstborn son;
and she wrapped Him in cloths, and laid

[68]"Blessed be the Lord God of Israel,
For He has visited us and accomplished
redemption for His people,

[69]And has raised up a horn of salvation for us
In the house of David His servant-

[70]As He spoke by the mouth of
His holy prophets from old-

[71]Salvation FROM OUR ENEMIES,
AND FROM THE HAND OF ALL WHO HATE US;

[72]To show mercy toward our fathers,
And to remember His holy covenant,

[73]The oath which He swore to
Abraham our father,

[74]To grant us that we, being rescued
from the hand of our enemies,
Might serve Him without fear,

[75]In holiness and righteousness before

[8]"But you, Israel, My servant,
Jacob whom I have chosen, Descendant
of Abraham My friend,

[9]You whom I have taken from the ends of the earth,
and called from its remotest parts
And said to you, You are My servant,
I have chosen you and not rejected you.

[10]'Do not fear, for I am with you;
Do not anxiously look about you,
for I am your God.
I will strengthen you, surely I will help you,
Surely I will uphold you with
My righteous right hand.'

[11]Behold, all those who are angered at you
will be shamed and dishonored;
Those who contend with you will
be as nothing and will perish.

[12]You will seek those who quarrel with you,
but will not find them,

Wonderful peace In Jesus Christ Good News
Acts 10:34-44 {Updated-NASB}

It is Written In Our Bible

[34]Opening his mouth, Peter said:
"I most certainly understand now that God is not
one to show partiality,

[35]but in every nation the man who
fears Him and does what is right is Welcome to Him.

[36]"The word which He sent to the sons of Israel,
preaching peace through Jesus Christ
(He is Lord of all)-

[37]you yourselves know the things which took place
through out all Judea, starting from Galilee,
after the baptism which John proclaimed.

[38]You know of Jesus of Nazareth, how God
anointed Him with the Holy Spirit and with power,
and how He went about doing good and healing all
who were oppressed by the devil,
for God was with Him.

[39]"We are witnesses of all the things He did
both in the land of the Jews and in Jerusalem.
They also put Him to death by hanging
Him on a cross.

[40]God raised Him up on the third day
and granted that He become visible,

[41]not to all the people, but to witnesses
who were chosen beforehand by God,
that is, to us who ate and drank with Him
after He arose from the dead.

[42]"And He ordered us to preach to the people,
and solemnly to testify that this is the One
who has been appointed by God as
Judge of the living and the dead.

[43]"Of Him all the prophets bear witness that
through His name everyone who believes
in Him receives forgiveness of sins."

[44]While Peter was still speaking these words,
the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who
were listening to the message.
