Subject: God Has Spoken His Desire Is Compassion,
 The People of God Everywhere!
Lesson Text: Deuteronomy 32:1-4,  ISAIAH 51:1-5,   
Matthew 5:1-12,  Acts 10:34-44 {Updated-NASB}


It is written in our Bible
Deuteronomy 32:1-4 {Updated NASB}

[1] "Give ear, O heavens, and let me speak;
And let the earth hear the words of my mouth.

[2] "Let my teaching drop as the rain,
My speech distill as the dew,
As the droplets on the fresh grass
And as the showers on the herb.

[3]For I proclaim the name of the LORD;
Ascribe greatness to our God!

[4] The Rock! His work is perfect,
For all His ways are just;
A God of faithfulness and without injustice,
Righteous and upright is He.

 
It is written in our Bible
ISAIAH 51:1-5  {Updated NASB}

[1] Listen to me, you who pursue righteousness,
Who seek the LORD;
Look to the rock from which you were hewn
And to the quarry from which you were dug.

[2] "Look to Abraham your father
And to Sarah who gave birth to you in pain;
When he was but one I called him,
Then I blessed him and multiplied him."

[3] Indeed, the LORD will comfort Zion;
He will comfort all her waste places.
And her wilderness He will make like Eden,
And her desert like the garden of the LORD;
Joy and gladness will be found in her,
Thanksgiving and sound of melody.

[4] Pay attention to Me, O My people,
And give ear to me, O My nation,
For a law will go forth from Me,
And I will set My justice for a light
of the peoples.

[5] My righteousness is near,
My salvation has gone forth,
And My arms will judge the peoples,

The coastlands will wait for Me,
And for My arm they will wait expectantly.


Because It is Written In Our Bible
Matthew 5:1-12 {Updated-NASB}

[1]When Jesus saw the crowds,
He went up on the mountain; and after
He sat down, His disciples came to Him.

[2]He opened His mouth and began
to teach them, saying,

[3] Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is
the kingdom of heaven.

[4] Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall
be comforted.

[5] Blessed are the gentle, for they shall
inherit the earth.

[6] Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for
righteousness, for they shall
be satisfied.

[7] Blessed are the merciful, for they shall
receive mercy.

[8] Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall
see God.

[9] Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall
be called sons of God.

[10] Blessed are those who have been persecuted
for the sake of righteousness, for theirs
is the kingdom of heaven.

[11] Blessed are you when people insult you and
persecute you, and falsely say all kinds
of evil against you because of Me.

[12] Rejoice and be glad, for your reward in
heaven is great; for in the same way
they persecuted the prophets
who were before you.

Acts 10:34-44 {Updated-NASB}


[34] Opening his mouth, Peter said:
“I most certainly understand now that God is not
one to show partiality,

[35] but in every nation the man who fears Him and does
what is right is welcome to Him.

[36] “The word which He sent to the sons of Israel,
preaching peace through Jesus Christ (He is Lord of all)

[37] you yourselves know the thing which took place
through out all Judea, starting from Galilee,
after the baptism which John proclaimed.

[38] “You know of Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed Him
with the Holy Spirit and with power, and how He went about
doing good and healing all who where oppressed by
the devil, for God was with Him.

[39] “We are witnesses of all the things He did both in
the land of the Jews and in Jerusalem. They also put Him
to death by hanging Him on a cross.

[40]”God raised Him up on the third day and granted
that He become visible,

[41] not to all the people, but to witnesses who were chosen
beforehand by God, that is, to us who ate and drank with
Him after He arose from the dead.

[42] "And He ordered us to preach to the people, and solemnly to
testify that this is the One who has been appointed by God
as Judge of the living and the dead.

[43] “Of Him all the prophets bear witness that through His name
everyone who believes in Him receives forgiveness of sins."

[44] While Peter was still speaking these words,
the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who were
listening to the message.



Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they shall be called sons of God.
